Refund and Returns Policy

At VapesBabe.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will happily accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any damaged or incorrect items.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of vaping products, certain items are non-returnable or only returnable under specific conditions.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • E-liquids, opened or used
  • Disposable vapes
  • Vape coils (if used or packaging is opened)
  • Clearance items and final sale products
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers
  • Returnable Items:
  • Unused and unopened hardware (e.g., mods, tanks, kits) within 30 days of purchase
  • Products received damaged or defective (see section below)

2. Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact us at info@vapesbabe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund or Exchange Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • An exchange for the correct or undamaged product, subject to availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been used or opened unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Order cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@vapesbabe.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it can not be canceled, but it may be eligible for return following the policy above.

6. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of [10%-15%] may apply for returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee helps cover our costs for processing returns and repackaging items
